1. Shipping Timelines
Single Product Purchases: Orders for single products are shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Bulk & Customized Orders: Orders that require customization or bulk quantities will be delivered within 15–45 days from the date of billing.
2. Order Processing & Payment Terms
Advance Payment: A 40%–60% advance payment is required to initiate the processing of your order.
Full Payment: 100% payment must be completed prior to dispatch/delivery of the products.
3. Returns & Exchange
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
4. Additional Charges
All transportation, packing, loading, and fitting charges are additional and will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the territorial jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
